- Respond to request for proposals on behalf of the non-profit to affordable housing financing from federal, state and local sources.
- Will help provide the capacity portion of your application to qualify as a CHDO.

- Respond to request for proposals on behalf of your company for affordable housing financing from federal, state and local sources.
- Provide housing project feasibility analysis necessary for bank lending and funding from governmental agencies.
